We’ve created Lerno to be the platform you can rely on to really understand what’s going on in your sales cycles. Lerno leverages AI and Machine Learning models to extract meaningful insights as you engage prospects, customers, or your internal teammates.

    Think of Lerno as your AI revenue assistant aggregating insights into a Customer Intelligence Platform you can use to grow your business.

  2. Who can use Lerno?

    Lerno is a tool that many different people in a company can use, such as sales representatives, revenue leaders, customer success, and marketing. It offers various features, like recording and analyzing calls, improving sales strategies, coaching feedback, and aggregating insights across all of your customer interactions. Each type of user finds these features helpful in different ways.

  3. What integrations does Lerno support?

    Meetings: We integrate into your Google Calendar account and support meetings on Google Meet, Zoom & Microsoft Teams.

    CRM Data Ingestion (Pull): We pull in CRM data from HubSpot & Zoho.

    CRM Data Export (Push): Only Hubspot is supported for now.

  4. I don't have a CRM. Can I use Lerno?

    The short answer is yes. Lerno also works for smaller teams that have yet to set up their own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. You can create accounts, opportunities (deals), and stakeholders (contacts) directly on Lerno without you needing to integrate with a CRM.
